crossflow cooling tower refers to a cooling method in which the water in the cooling tower falls vertically from the top of the tower body, and the air flow in the cooling tower passes through the water-spraying filler or cooling tube bundle in the horizontal direction, and the air flow is orthogonal to the water flow direction.
The crossflow cooling tower is equipped with an air inlet grille on one side of the tower body and an induced draft fan on the top of the other side. The air flow enters from one side and flows out from the top of the other side. The cooling medium flows through the cooling tube bundle and flows in the cooling tube bundle, and the heat of the medium is conducted outward.
The spray water on the outer layer of the cooling tube bundle absorbs the heat transferred through the copper tube and evaporates to form water vapor. The evaporated water vapor is mixed with unsaturated air and discharged to the outside of the cooling tower. The evaporated water vapor is intercepted when passing through the water collector, condensed into water droplets and falls back to the water collection tank. The main function of the cooling tube bundle is to conduct heat conduction. The characteristics of this operating principle can minimize the generation of scale as much as possible, which will be more obvious when the high-temperature fluid or cooling temperature difference is relatively large.

The temperature of the spray water can be controlled below the water temperature that is prone to scaling, making the cooling tube bundle more fully wetted and minimizing the formation of scale as much as possible.
2. Easy maintenance
Reasonable maintenance space provides convenience for equipment maintenance, and maintenance can be carried out through the access door inside the tower. The maintenance of key parts such as tube bundles and sprinkler systems can be more direct and convenient.
Scope of application:
The product is assembled in a modular factory, and the single module is further disassembled into smaller upper and lower chassis for easy transportation and on-site lifting, facilitating production management and improving installation efficiency.
