Zhejiang pesticide industry phosphorus trichloride evaporative condenser project

Project background: Ningdong Base is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of efficient pesticide raw materials and intermediates. It is one of the four production bases of this user in China. A domestic enterprise that develops and industrializes the production of glyphosate ammonium, as well as a company that develops and industrializes the production of refined glyphosate ammonium.

The project adopts four sets of evaporative condenser configurations;

The installed power of a single set of equipment is 41kW, totaling 164kW

Cooling medium: Phosphorus trichloride;

78 ℃ gas to 78 ℃ liquid cooling;

Work pressure: 30Kpa;

Steam quality: 145t/h;

Working flow rate: 28000m ³/h;

Specially designed large-diameter 2205 stainless steel inlet and outlet pipelines;
